Registration form must be completed, and submitted to the office manager within 3 days prior to taking occupancy of unit at Marina Towers.
Marina Towers House Rules, Section B-4, states: The owner of any apartment within the Project that is rented or leased by the owners, or through the services of a rental agent, shall be responsible to ensure that such tenants present a valid lease and a complete Marina Towers Registration form prior to apartment occupancy.
